How to play Yukon Solitaire

Look at the complete hand before deciding. Build four suit foundations from ace to king. Select cards directly on the tableau and work through a full solo deal. The same rule applies on a phone and on a computer. For a calm first round, focus on one decision. Build down in alternating colours. Any face-up card carries all cards below it, even when unordered. Kings fill empty columns. Return to the explanation when a decision is unclear.

One deck, no stock, Yukon deal. Free solo play, no wagering.

  2. Select a face-up card and then the destination pile or Empty slot.
  3. Move exposed cards onto suit foundations in the stated rank order.
  4. Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.

See the idea in action

A red 6 carrying an unordered tail can move onto a black 7. Check the relevant controls before continuing.

Keep this in mind

Look at the complete hand before deciding. Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Return to the explanation when a decision is unclear.
